After 15 years, my practice's main focuses are the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, relationship concerns and phase of life changes. My passion as a clinical social worker (LICSW) and a licensed alcohol and drug counselor (LADC-I) is to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment to safely address your concerns. In addition to individual counseling I can also provide consultation for addiction services for parents/loved ones looking for recommendations.
Our goal in therapy will be to develop and improve coping skills to help you manage everything from daily stressors to major life crises. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy ( CBT), Motivational Interviewing and Supportive Therapy my approach is both solution focused and evidence based to get you effective and efficient results.
