As a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC), my role is to create a safe space for people to share their fears, struggles and relationship issues without shame or judgment. I listen with interest and empathy and help you to identify and change negative feelings and thought patterns. Together, we create solutions to the unique life challenges you face.
I specialize in working with adults, families and teens with anxiety, depression, Bipolar Disorder, life transition challenges, grief and loss, and dual diagnosis. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Psychodynamic (Insight Oriented), and Person Centered therapies to assist you with change, but I tailor my techniques to the individual.
With my education in Pastoral Counseling, I enjoy working with spiritual issues and we can integrate these into your therapy process if you choose to do so.
