The driving force behind my practice is HOPE. WIe work with adult individuals and couples to help find hope, healing, insight, and individualized solutions when peace and joy are lost, trust is broken, or when life just gets especially hard. I work with problems including, but not limited to depression, anxiety, relationships (couple and family), stress, conflict, communication, infidelity, loss of connection and/or trust, anger, parenting, phase of life problems, etc. I also enjoy walking alongside individuals who prefer to engage with therapy as a form of ongoing self-care, rather than for problem-focused purposes.
I primarily utilize two types of therapy including Brainspotting for healing trauma brokenness and Emotionally Focused Therapy. EFT is the most researched and effective approach for distressed couples, getting right to the heart of problems that keep couples from feeling secure and deeply connected. It is designed to stop repetitive patterns of conflict.
Healing and hope is our passion, and we would love to work with you! Please note- we are out-of-network only providers. Many of our clients utilize their PPO insurance benefits to get reimbursed for our service fees, however please call the phone number on your insurance card to verify your coverage before calling to schedule an appointment with our office.
