About
With an eclectic approach to Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, I work with individuals and couples in the context of several areas including: anxiety, depression, relationship issues, work-related challenges, self-esteem, transitions, neurocognitive difficulties and grief. We all have periods of growth and change that can leave us feeling eager to explore aspects of ourselves or our experiences that may inadvertently be getting in the way of living.
I believe therapy is a place for clients to feel safe to explore themselves, learn to get comfortable with the uncomfortable, garner tools for self-empowerment, and determine practical strategies to navigate what brought them into therapy.
My background in developmental psychology, clinical psychology and neuropsychology informs my eclectic approach to treatment. I welcome working with culturally diverse populations.
