Hi there! I'm Anne! Whether you're struggling with narcissistic abuse/toxic relationship/childhood trauma, healing a broken heart, battling burnout, or wrestling with anxiety and depression, I want you to know one thing: you're not alone on this journey. My practice is a safe haven for those who've weathered these storms by creating a judgment-free space where your story matters and your feelings are valid. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, we'll work together to find an approach that resonates so that you feel heard and understood. We'll unpack it all and develop coping strategies that actually work for you.
This is a safe haven where you can be 100% yourself - messy emotions and all. Forget abstract theories. I'm like a chef where I mix and match therapy approaches. CBT with a dash of mindfulness? Coming right up! I'm all about giving you real-world strategies. Setting boundaries that stick? Check. Flipping negative thoughts on their head? Double-check!
