Life doesn’t come with an instruction manual, but therapy can help you find direction. I’m Tovi, a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee under the supervision of Melinda Haynes, LMFT-S 102308. If you’ve ever sat in your car just to get a moment of quiet, or searched late at night wondering, “Is it normal to feel this overwhelmed?” you are not alone. Therapy provides a supportive space to pause, reflect, and begin creating the change you’re looking for.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and conversational. I work with adults navigating stress, transitions, and uncertainty; couples who want to strengthen connection and communication; and parents supporting children through challenges at home or school. Together we focus on what matters most to you, building tools that fit your life and goals.

You don’t need to have the right words or a clear plan to begin. Whether you are feeling exhausted, hopeful, or simply unsure of what comes next, therapy can be a place to exhale, gain clarity, and move forward with greater confidence.
