I work with people seeking clarity about who they are, and how to come into alignment with their values and desires.
The therapy process is a co-creation between your therapist and you. My role is to be a present, curious, and compassionate guide, offering support and insight. Your role is to arrive as authentically and honestly as you can each session. I aim to offer a calm, compassionate, connected and playful space. With the right support, we can all do brave things.
I provide sex therapy for exploration related to physical and emotional intimacy, relationship challenges, pleasure (kink +), non-monogamy, and gender and sexual identity. I aspire to offer a liberatory space for people to explore their identities, hopes and goals.
