I am extensively trained in the use of Sand Tray, EMDR, DBT and CBT, and continue to investigate and learn new therapeutic modalities to help you reach your full potential. My greatest strength is in my ability to connect with my clients in a safe, non-judgmental place that enables self-exploration and growth.
Together, we will collaborate to create a plan to help manage environmental stressors and help you reach your mental health goals. I am here to make the process of working with a therapist as easy and convenient as possible.
