My areas of clinical interest include the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, and developmental/attachment wounding. I also welcome those who are looking for some extra support in whatever they are facing in life or are otherwise seeking to deepen their self-awareness and improve their overall sense of well-being. I aim to facilitate clients in accessing their own internal wisdom and connecting with their authentic Self, using an approach which is empathetic, non-pathologizing, strength based, and collaborative.
My treatment approach is primarily based on my training and certification in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP), which is a holistic modality incorporating the cognitive, emotional, and somatic dimensions of human experience. I integrate several other modalities that align with my mindfulness based, experiential, and relational orientation.
