I am so glad that you are here and have decided to take the step towards your own growth and healing. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely. Together, we will work to uncover your strengths and create meaningful change in your life. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to share and explore their experiences. I believe therapy should be collaborative and tailored to each individual.
I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life and at every stage of their journey. While I welcome anyone seeking support, I often find myself especially drawn to working with women in their late teens and early 20s as they navigate the challenges of identity, relationships, and life transitions.
My communication style is open, honest, and nonjudgmental, with a focus on creating a safe space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. I take a laid-back and genuine approach, believing that therapy works best when clients feel they are talking to a real person who truly cares.
