I have over a decade of experience working with individuals and couples, and I'm the founder of Proactive Therapy. I am intensively trained in the Gottman Method, an evidence based approach to couples therapy. The Gottman Method is proven to improve dating, pre-marital and marital relationships. I am highly interactive in my work, relatable, warm and direct.
