I have been trained in and use the methods of Imago Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy with couples. I love working with individuals though life transitions. I coach parents in positive parenting techniques using the methods of Alfred Adler, Daniel Goleman, Jane Nelsen and Dan Siegel.
