I see myself as an energetic, personable, and compassionate Marriage and Family Therapist. I am passionate about the work I do with my clients and work to provide a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space. Life gets messy sometimes, and that’s okay. I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy and see those taking on the challenge of making changes in their lives as a sign of strength and wisdom.
I work with Town of Stratford individuals, couples, and families who are looking for assistance in coping with life struggles and being “stuck”. My goal is to help people positively navigate the life challenges they are facing and transition into a happier state. Issues I address include addiction, anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma.
There is no one-size-fits-all answer to a specific issue. There are many ways to solve a problem that a client is experiencing dependent on the client's individual experience. I collaborate with my clients to figure out the best personal approach for them to successfully make changes and achieve their goals.
