I am the founder of the Igniting Change movement and counseling office. Our focus is on removing barriers to emotional healing, like shame and negative beliefs, to ignite positive change and connection to our best selves and others. As a therapist, I specialize in helping youth and adults to overcome compulsive behavior (i.e., "process addiction") and trauma. I believe that as we ignite loving, genuine relationships and heal from past scars, we become our best selves and lead happy, fulfilled lives.

I help people learn about causes and circumstances of addictive behaviors, including trauma, to help them to heal and embrace a better life. I also love to provide practical tools for help with depression, anxiety, relationship distress, OCD, self-harm, and more.

This highly interactive group is for all men ages 18+. Come to learn and relate with others who are experiencing hurdles such as compulsive use of pornography, gaming, screen time, and more. Learn about precursors that bring out addictive behavior, what keeps you stuck in these behaviors, and how to pull yourself out of the cycle. Meet with other men who know how you are feeling. Interactive and experiential (hands-on) activities will be offered. This group will be led by experienced therapists on staff at Igniting Change Counseling Center.

This curriculum-based, 12-week, highly interactive group is for all men ages 18+. Come to learn and relate with others who are experiencing problems with pornography, gaming, screen time, relationships, and more. Learn about precursors of addictive behavior and how to end the cycle. Interactive and experiential (hands-on) activities. Led by experienced therapists. In-person or online. Insurance will not be billed. Group will repeat after 12 weeks and participants may re-join. Refunds are not available for non-attendance. To register for the group after it has already started, please call 801-806-4878.
