My objective is to assist and educate individuals struggling with mood disorders such as anxiety/ depression, trauma (PTSD) and interpersonal challenges. My specialty is facilitated by using CBT, DBT fused with ACT therapy and mindfulness. In my experience these therapies allow the individual the opportunity to first identify their issues and ultimately change their response, behaviors, or perceptions of their challenges.
