I’m a licensed therapist who works with adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, and grief. I understand how overwhelming it can feel when life shifts in ways you didn’t expect or when you’re trying to hold everything together for everyone else.
In our work together, I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself, process what you’re going through, and start to make sense of it. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and equipped with tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, supportive connection. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’re hoping to gain from the process.
One of my greatest strengths is my ability to create a space where clients feel safe, heard, and understood without judgment. I balance emotional support with practical guidance, helping clients not only process what they’re going through but also learn tools they can apply in their daily lives.
