Hi! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Master's degree from Alliant International University, and I have been practicing for about 5 years. I provide therapy to adults and couples, those who experience trauma, communication issues, boundaries, unhealthy relationships, and individuals who suffer from depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and more.
I take a collaborative and personalized approach to therapy, always guided by what you're working through and what feels most comfortable for you. Depending on your needs, we may incorporate EMDR for trauma processing, CBT to build practical coping skills, or psychodynamic work to explore deeper patterns. I'll meet you where you are.
