I'm passionate about helping my clients break toxic patterns and set healthier boundaries. I specialize in working with the adult children of parents with borderline and narcissistic personality disorders in my practice. Additionally, I love to work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and OCD. My style is supportive, honest, and direct with a bit of humor sprinkled in. I love being a therapist, but I'm definitely not the perfect therapist for everyone. I'm straightforward, bubbly, and have been known to use profanity to emphasize a point!
My guess is that you're coming to therapy to not only get support, but also guidance. While you're definitely encouraged to talk through your feelings in our sessions, you can also expect me to provide feedback, offer suggestions, and help you problem solve issues you're currently facing.
In addition to my therapy practice, I also host a weekly podcast, You're Not Crazy: A Podcast for the Adult Children of Parents with Borderline and Narcissistic Personality Disorders and run Confident Boundaries, an online coaching and education company with resources for adults who are struggling with parents who have BPD and/or NPD.
