As you to learn skills and self understanding you increase confindence as well as success. Changing thoughts and perspective will allow you to gain control over old fears and habits. Life experiences, big and small, can leave scars on us which can be labelled as anxiety, depression or trauma. Traumatic events such as accidents, illness, abuse or major loses can create a sense of numbing or shutting down that make it difficult to experience happiness or even relaxation.
I believe in your ability and capacity to feel better. Experienced knowledgeable and individualized care is my specialty. I work in a nurturing collaborative manner to create an environment that allows you to feel supported. I use practical concept and strategies to practice new behaviors to increase confidence. I focus on learning to regulate anxiety.
