Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, especially when you're already carrying so much. My hope is that from the moment we connect, you'll feel welcomed, heard, and never judged. I work with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, trauma, relationship challenges, and depression. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, feel genuinely heard, and begin making meaningful changes. Together, we'll build practical tools, process difficult experiences, and help you move toward a life that feels more balanced, confident, and authentic.
I offer a warm and supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin moving forward. Together, we'll work through anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and more. With a background in ministry, I'm also happy to incorporate faith into our work if that's important to you.
