This is especially true when they find themselves stuck in a situation that leaves them feeling defeated or in some cases as, “less than”.
I also believe that we each hold the answers to our problems within ourselves, but that we occasionally need a little help finding a way to uncover those answers. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I also work with active-duty military, veterans, Law Enforcement, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and individuals facing domestic violence issues.
