It is my belief that one of the most courageous decisions a person can make along their journey through life, is to allow themselves to be vulnerable enough to ask for help from time to time. This is especially true when they find themselves stuck in a situation that leaves them feeling defeated or in some cases as, “less than”.
I also believe that we each hold the answers to our problems within ourselves, but that we occasionally need a little help finding a way to uncover those answers. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I also work with active-duty military, veterans, Law Enforcement, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and individuals facing domestic violence issues.
