Online Telehealth Therapy... I enjoy various approaches to mental health and self-care. I enjoy many pints of ice-cream, bath bombs, a good book, spending time outside, and working out. Most importantly I believe we owe it ourselves, to make sure we are being taken care of and nourished, too, through our own mental health care. My approach to treatment is tailored to fit each person’s specific goals and needs, and I provide a comfortable and safe space for people to express themselves and work through their therapeutic experience.
I utilize EMDR, TF-CBT, and solution focused brief therapy. I have a background of trauma play therapy and DBT. I work with clients 13 years of age and older with mental differences including: ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD , Adjustment Disorders, Military Life, Teen Issues, and Trauma. Reach out today!
I am a graduate of Louisiana State University. My social work career began in 2013 where I worked extensively with those who were experiencing complex trauma through domestic and sexual abuse. I have extensive training in strength-based, trauma-informed care practices, and has trained professionals across Utah in the same field of practice.
