My passion is helping individuals seeking meaningful change in their lives. My primary therapy approaches include Person-Centered Therapy, EMDR (specializing in trauma), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I also offer IASIS Microcurrent Neurofeedback, an innovative treatment that calms the central nervous system and promotes relief from mental health symptoms.
