The first thing I would want clients of mine to know is no matter what battle they are facing, they are not alone. I strive to help you understand that you are not defined by your mental health struggles and that things do get better, even when that may seem impossible.
I specialize in working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and trauma. I mainly utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, where we work on reshaping irrational thoughts and beliefs. I feel starting from the beginning of clients' stories, wherever that may be, is vital in capturing the whole picture, along with working on self-esteem.
My biggest passion in life is helping others, which is why I would be honored to be entrusted with your care.
