I am Cognitive Behavioral Therapist and believe that the way we talk to ourselves will determine how we feel and act. I want to know what you believe about yourself and how you feel about others and help you adjust your unhealthy thinking and replace your unhealthy acting out behaviors. With that, it is important to know your story and how your early life influenced these thoughts and beliefs, so I also use psychodynamic. I explore the unresolved issues that have contributed to unhealthy relationship patterns, self-destructive behaviors and poor self-worth so that the wounds of the past can be healed.
Lastly, life is hard. Sometimes people just need a space to say things out loud to another person to get perspective and validation that they aren't crazy, life is just hard.
