Hi, I’m Tori. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, body image struggles, chronic illness, trauma, ADHD, burnout, and life transitions. Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed by perfectionism, intrusive thoughts, emotional exhaustion, or the pressure to keep functioning while silently struggling underneath. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, grounding, and authentic. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to slow down, better understand yourself, and respond to life with more self-compassion instead of shame or criticism.

I earned my Master of Social Work from Weber State University, where I discovered a passion for treating eating disorders, anxiety, OCD, body image, and the emotional impact of chronic illness. I understand relate to how isolating it can feel to live in a body that requires constant mental and emotional adaptation.

I value helping clients navigate grief, identity shifts, burnout, and the invisible weight that often accompanies chronic health struggles. My style is warm, relational, and practical. I value authenticity in the therapy room and believe meaningful change happens through small, sustainable shifts over time — not perfection.
