I specialize primarily in helping people manage overwhelming anxiety and panic attacks, as well as supporting queer women in the questioning, coming out and self-acceptance process. I can help you embrace your whole self, set boundaries with others, grow in self-compassion and gain freedom from anxiety and trauma. Within queer mental health, I have a specific focus on bisexual women. I additionally have extensive experience in working with college and graduate students, young professionals, and progressive Christians or those in the process of deconstructing faith.
I take a collaborative, goal-oriented, practical approach to therapy. I can help you understand the science behind how anxiety and trauma impact your brain and body and help you find gentle coping strategies that work. I offer a trauma-informed space for navigating issues including internalized homophobia/biphobia, queer imposter syndrome, and coming out.
