I work with teens, college students, and adults as they navigate a wide range of challenges. In addition to individual counseling, I provide parent coaching to support families with young children approach behavior concerns with compassion and confidence.
My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative.. Grounded in evidence-based practices, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT), and elements of both Mindfulness and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you build insight, develop skills, and foster lasting growth.
