Hi there! My name is Tori and I'm a clinical social worker, specializing in working with teens 16+ and young adults. My approach to therapy is very person-centered and humanistic, meaning I highly value empathy and connection within the therapy setting as I believe it's essential for healing. For each session, I show up as my authentic self and have an overall relational approach. My primary areas of focus include: domestic and intimate partner violence, LGBTQ+ issues and concerns, and trauma and stress related disorders.
I use an eclectic mix of CBT, DBT, ACT, and IFS, and tailor my approach to each individual. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, PTSD and CPTSD, OCD, BPD, and bipolar disorders. I incorporate gender-affirming therapy into my practice, and I am LGBTQ+, trans, and BIPOC inclusive.
With a humanistic and woman-centered approach, my hope is to empower women by assisting them in building tools needed to navigate life’s challenges. I hope to offer a space for you to feel heard, affirmed, and uplifted, fostering an environment that supports growth, strength, and resilience.
