My exploratory, empowerment-centered, neuro-affirmative approach shared through attachment-informed interventions often works well with clients who are curious even if cautious, and are ready to commit towards exploring goals for healing and wellbeing.
Working with me is a human-to-human experience—grounded in connection, curiosity, and care. It’s a space to wonder, to check in with that small yet wise voice inside, and to say out loud the thoughts and feelings that often go unspoken. Here, your pain and your sparkle are both welcome.
