Not accepting new clients
Welcome! I am glad you found my page and hope we can connect. I am both a licensed mental health therapist and an art therapist. I have always had a passion for utilizing a variety of arts in work with my clients, and I enjoy working with many different types of clients and diagnoses. Art is a tool I use within therapy to help the client express and process complex emotions and situations. In addition to art, I use different tools and methods depending on the need of the client such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, etc.

I do my best to align with all my clients. I like to first meet my clients where they currently are at, and then work together to creatively move through the barriers and challenges they face. Each session is unique, and I approach each one with an open mind and flexible plan. I work with clients to identify client strengths to accomplish their goals.
I’ve come to Dayspring from community mental health where I treated marginalized populations. This has long been a passion of mine. I have worked with diagnoses of anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, behavioral challenges, and more. I have an affinity for middle schoolers, and young college students but I am open to working with all ages.
