My passion is helping children, teens, and young adults work through transitional seasons and changes in their lives. I specialize in working with teen and young adult women. I strive to create an environment where individuals and families feel seen, accepted, and understood. Life can be difficult and whether you are working through a present or past difficulty, you do not have to do it alone. I will meet you exactly where you are and support you as we walk through this process together.
I utilize Animal Assisted Therapy and Animal Assisted Play Therapy in my sessions based on my clients comfortability. I have a therapy dog named Izzo, you can usually find him in my office. I also utilize a blend of experimental approaches that are individually based including: art, sand tray, and attachment based approaches.
My clients and I collaborate to identify goals to work towards that feel right for them. It is my joy to walk through the inevitible changes and seasons of life with individuals and families on their own path to healing. My goal is to empower my clients and help make positive change and healing in their lives.
