Finding a therapist who feels like a good fit can be daunting. I get it. Does it feel like the world is spinning out of control? Constant misinformation, cruelty, and pressure to pretend everything is fine? It’s a lot. If you’re highly sensitive, bisexual, queer, questioning, or simply carving your own path, daily life can feel like a minefield. From the outside, you may look pulled together. Inside? Anxiety runs the show, and perfectionism keeps moving the goalposts, no matter how much you've already achieved. Invisible. Overextended. Exhausted from holding everything together. Let's do something different.

Finding a therapist who feels like a good fit for you can be a daunting task. I get it. As a Bi+ queer woman, I know what it’s like to feel anxious, on edge, out of place, or invisible. In my practice, I work with highly sensitive professionals, especially women, who want to be done with perfectionism, anxiety, and letting old trauma call the shots.

I'm currently running a waitlist, but Telehealth openings do come available. Reach out if you’re looking for deeper, long-term therapy. Most clients use out of network benefits, or private pay.
