I use a therapeutic process that focuses on my clients' needs and goals; along with evidence-based practices to help my clients resolve issues and renew their lives.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my goal is to help individuals and families work towards better functioning and prioritizing mental wellness. My clients find that my warm, compassionate, and authentic approach to therapy makes it easy to connect with me. I offer therapy services to adolescents and adults. I also offer wellness workshops to businesses.
