I’m passionate about helping teens make sense of why they feel the way they do so they can problem solve and communicate with you in a meaningful way—whether it’s about how to find personal identity, navigating autonomy, academic stress, friendships, family tension, and how to build a great future.

I bring a calm and compassionate energy to my work, using humor & my ability to engage playfully to build trust.
