I have a passion for treating those that have experienced trauma. I have learned to heal my own experience
with pain and it is through this journey it allows me to recognize and care about the pain in others. When we notice unhealthy patterns that keep showing up and learn where they stem from the process of change can begin. By honoring feelings from the past we begin to heal. My intention is to create true connection with my clients. I am warm & enthusiastic.
I strive to create a safe nonjudgemental space for people to come and unpack the complexities of life. It takes courage to confront our actions and face what is not working, to peel back the layers of what we have been through to expose and heal the raw truth.
