Find meaningful change, new perspectives, and a clear path forward. Struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, loneliness, unhelpful patterns, or unresolved trauma can become barriers to a fulfilling and connected life. Many come to therapy feeling stuck, exhausted, and disconnected from themselves, their values, and others. Trauma keeps the score; however, healing is possible. I offer evidenced based, integrative tools and techniques to help you find your path toward wellness for the whole person. The invitation is open. You are welcome into this space to be seen, heard, and accepted with compassion and presence.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in client-centered, whole-person care. I integrate various evidenced-based parctices and somatic practices to support clients through major life transitions and on-going mental health; offering non-directive, trauma-informed, compassion-guided, therapy for individuals, couples, and groups.
Healing can take time and dedication, and reaching out for support is not always easy. You have come this far and taken an important first step. I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute phone or video consultation. Let's see if we are a good fit. At the very least, I may be able to point in the right direction. I look forward to speaking with you soon.
