Individuals and families afflicted by addiction (Alcohol, drugs, gambling, sex, food, etc.) and/or co-occurring mental health-related issues are my passion. I use trauma-focused interventions and am EMDR trained. I use a nonjudgemental, strengths-based approach and implement various person-centered, evidence-based treatments.
It can be difficult to change comfortable patterns, and it's almost impossible to do it alone.
