I partner with teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, stress, PTSD, life transitions, spiritual abuse, and experiences as cult survivors, as well as self-esteem concerns. Many of the people I work with are neurodivergent or exploring ADHD or autism. Together, we create a safe, affirming space that honors BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and all identities, where we build trust, strengthen relationships, and support healing at your pace.
I partner with clients to bring awareness to the influences that have shaped the identities out of which they have been living. For deeply internalized messages, I utilize CBT techniques and mindfulness exercises, to help reframe the messages that individuals have often accepted as truth over a lifetime.
