I work with people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected—often because of depression, anxiety, or trauma. My style is warm, straightforward, and collaborative. I want to help you better understand yourself, build resilience, and start feeling more like you again.

My approach is down-to-earth and personalized. I use a mix of Experiential, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused, and Solution-Focused techniques, depending on what works best for you.

I believe that real change starts with feeling seen and heard. A lot of the work I do involves exploring your past to make sense of your present—so you can move forward with more self-awareness and confidence. This work is personal. I get that. I aim to create a space where you can show up as you are—no judgment, no pressure. Just honest, supportive therapy.
