We serve individuals and couples in their journey toward self-discovery, self-acceptance, development or betterment of relationships, and healing. We believe that everyone possesses the ability to change and sometimes needs help to understand their past for the purpose of accepting their present and planning for the future. Our approach is very client-centered, integrating Experiential, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral, Trauma-focused (when appropriate), & Solution-Focused modalities. Clinicians who specialize in Non-Traditional Relationships, Complex Trauma, Family Therapy, PMDD, and other niche specialities are available.

We offer affirming, culturally competent therapy and are sensitive to the unique needs of each client, regardless of the issues bringing them to therapy. Our model is holistic, considering the mind, body, and spirit. Tonya Robbins, our Founder and one of our Psychotherapists, is trained in EMDR, Prepare-Enrich, and is a Rule 31 Listed Mediator.

Our approach to therapy targets a shift in the client's view of self as well as self within relationships. Our goal is to empower the client to take charge of their mental health, their reactions to life's stressors, and to develop preventative techniques to live their authentic lives.
