I enjoy working with adults who are on the edge of a life transition. We will work together to learn regulation skills, set goals, and enjoy health on all levels-mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual.
These transitions could be in any dimension of life. This includes relationships, work related, spiritual growth, or life stage changes.
I have a lot of experience working with creatives and love helping others get their creative juices flowing.
My specialty is trauma recovery, including religious trauma and early developmental trauma. I believe in creating an environment of well-being as a partner with my client. My work always includes the body and this includes NLP, EMDR, vagus nerve work, and somatic experiencing. Parts work is also very useful.
