I work closely with clients to understand their stories and develop a clearer understanding of what they need. I believe healing is something that happens with safe, genuine connection. I take a deeply relational approach. My goal is to help my clients feel seen, heard, and supported. I tailor my approach to meet clients where they are and empower them to deepen their understanding of themselves.
I'm drawn to working with individuals who are untangling the impact of family-of-origin dysfunction, navigating attachment challenges, or questioning long-held beliefs about religion or the world. I also help with depression, anxiety, grief, ADHD, and life transitions.
Through patience and kindness, I aim to create a space to slow down and explore thoughts and feelings without judgment. Together with clients, we reflect on experiences, gently address incongruence, and develop deeper self-awareness and a stronger sense of self.
