I am a licensed provider with over 22 years of experience. I provide in-person and telehealth with individuals and couples of all ethnicities, genders, and sexual orientations, ranging in age from 18 - 65+. My philosophy stems from a belief that life is an ever-changing process that provides the opportunities for individuals to develop into their own person; however, due to trauma or other painful or problematic issues, we may become stuck. My approach is warm, interactive, collaborative, and individualized drawing on different therapeutic models which may include mindfulness, psychodynamic, IFS, CBT, DBT, and EMDR approaches.
I aim to provide a safe, honest, nonjudgmental environment to explore/process what feels painful and problematic in your life. I have helped people work through relationship problems, trauma, eating disorders, anxiety and depression, sexual issues, gender identity concerns, women's issues, men's issues, domestic violence, and ADHD.
I am also an approved clinical supervisor for the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists (OBLPCT). I supervise interns LPC/LMFT seeking licensure to work effectively with individuals, families, couples, and children. I provide guidance with both the ethical and administrative aspects of clinical practice.
