I offer a wide range of experiential activities including adventure therapy, art therapy, sand tray therapy, Native American drumming, therapeutic basket weaving and office based therapy. I operate from a solutions focused perspective integrating your personal beliefs into positive therepeutic outcomes. I am also available for private couples therapeutic retreat weekends.
I bring a holistic Native American perspective to my work that honors diversity and connection to nature. Sessions are often conducted outdoors where connection to nature adds healing benefit.
