Are you a teen, adult, or couple feeling stuck, carrying more than you were meant to hold? Maybe past experiences, relationship struggles, or feeling disconnected from yourself brought you here. You're ready for a space where you can be honest without judgment. Together, we'll work through what's holding you back at a pace and time that fits your life. You deserve to feel like yourself again, and I'm here to help you get there.

I offer individual therapy for teens and adults, and couples counseling, drawing on EFT, EMDR, CBT, DBT skills, motivational interviewing, and a person-centered approach. I support healing from trauma, substance use recovery, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, and relationship struggles.
