As a trauma and grief specialist, I am here to walk beside you in your journey toward healing and learning to live again. I utilize a person-centered approach where I truly listen to your feelings and your needs and then support you as we find ways to help you heal. My office is the place where you can drop off that heavy baggage and learn how not to pick it back up when you leave.
I am a certified trauma specialist and a certified advanced grief counseling specialist. I have extensive experience working with first responders, healthcare professionals, and veterans. I am a person-centered, compassionate therapist and utilize trauma focused cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness, and somatic awareness.
