Tonya Allen helps patients find stability, clarity, and emotional healing through compassionate, evidence-based therapy for individuals and families across Oklahoma. At LifeStance Health, she provides thoughtful mental health care for adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors throughout the state of Oklahoma, creating a supportive space where patients can safely address life transitions, emotional distress, and long-standing challenges.
