I work toward reestablishing a sense of harmony and good communication so that they may find that space in which they feel secure and confident with each other once more.
Couples and Sex Therapy. In therapy, we seek to bring underlying issues, concepts that no longer serve us, and insecurities to the surface so that we may begin to gain a sense of understanding and effectively deal with them. Because of this, the therapeutic process can be a challenging at times but ultimately rewarding.
I view therapy as a collaborative process in which we work together to establish a greater sense of control, clarity, growth, and wellbeing. I provide a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental environment in which I serve to help relieve your burden and issues concerning your relationships.
