Many of my clients navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, and/or depression are seeking support with with complex feelings of being overwhelmed, feeling stuck, or sensing they are chronically misunderstood. While often capable and insightful, they also experience concurrent struggles with executive functioning, emotional regulation, relationships, or maintaining healthy routines in daily life. I strive to be neurodivergent-affirming, empathetic, and collaborative, while focusing on insight building, skill development, and personal growth. I work diligently with each client to personalize a treatment plan that sets them up for success
My humanistic techniques combine elements of compassion, non-judgment, encouragement, validation, and positivity. My neurodivergent affirming approach blends education with unique life experiences to empower clients' self-determinism, improve their self-worth, and build skills to empower clients to reach their self-defined goals.
