Many of my clients navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, and/or depression are seeking support with with complex feelings of being overwhelmed, feeling stuck, or sensing they are chronically misunderstood. Although they are often capable and insightful, there are also concurrent struggles with follow-through, emotional regulation, relationships, or maintaining healthy routines in daily life. My approach is neurodivergent-affirming, empathetic, and collaborative. We focus on developing practical skills to gain a better sense of control of our lives and decisions. We work to eliminate stigma though understanding and self compassion.

My client-centered approach is rooted in compassion, non-judgmental and positivity. As a neurodivergent therapist, I combine education with life experience to empower clients' self-determinism, improve their self-worth, and build skills to succeed personally and professionally.
